Oil supply rollers

A wide range of systems for applying silicone oil onto fuser rollers. Since the fuser area operates at temperatures of 200°C or above, all the materials used are designed to operate at these extreme temperatures, Aramid fibres resists high temperatures so fabrics produced from these fibres are widely used to wrap around a core containing high-viscosity silicone oils.  

Depending on the customers requirements, a number of different oil storage media can be used, including paper, ceramic foams, felt, foam and hollow shafts. A uniform and constant dispensing of the oil together with a continuous cleaning action are essential to ensure these components enjoy a long services life.
